    The food was soooo good omg, but most of all the experience we got with our server Kamille was IMMACULATE!! She was amazing, and so personable. We had a great connection off our first interaction, and just amazing throughout. After Kamille took our orders, I asked her for her favourite off the menu so I know what to get next time... She told us that she had favourites throughout the menu. Both my best friend and I were flipping through the menu as Kamille was going through each category; even for some where they weren’t her favourite, she still let us know what’s most popular! I was thoroughly impressed by how well she knew the menu. Not too long later, my best friend and I asked to be seated at a booth as the restaurant was empty and thought it would be easier with sharing... She double-checked for us and then helped us bring our plates and utensils over. As someone who works in customer service as well, I was WOW’ed! The food was delicious but I would definitely come back again for the service and overall atmosphere.

    Server Sarah was great. We were a bit Indecisive but she was very patient. Food did not take long to arrive. It was delicious. Will be back! Was advised that the steak and crispy chicken was halal.

    Service was impeccable! Our server Amy was super attentive to our group and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff were super helpful. The food was super delicious, highly recommend the Ray Extravaganza. They have a lot of breakfast and lunch options so lots of choices. Would definitely come back.

    Fantastic service from Kamille! She is such an asset due to her friendliness and customer service. We've been here many times but Camille's service really stands out. Highly recommend this restaurant for delicious brunch and it's very kid-friendly as well.

    Customer service was outstanding. Our server, Mustafa, had a warm and welcoming smile throughout our visit, and his professionalism elevated the entire experience. Food was Good, especially French toast.

    Great place for breakfast/brunch in sq one area, halal options available (steak and crispy chicken) Our server Sara was very patient and nice. Place was clean, busy, but no tension between staff they were all pleasant. We will come back for more food

    Our server Khyla was very patient and nice.Had a fantastic breakfast at Pur & Simple! City centre Missisauga. The food was fresh and delicious—especially the Avocado Toast. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and fast, even during a busy weekend morning. The space was bright and clean, creating a really relaxing vibe. Highly recommend for a breakfast outing!

    Amazing service and experience!!! Service provided was very friendly, attentive and thoughtfulThank you Michelle! Beautiful location and the food is fresh and delicious. I’ve been to the Waterloo location and I love this one now too Favourite breakfast spot. Always quality food and you can make your meal healthier if you’re doing low carb. They have nice fresh avocado and the “mishmash omelette” is so good and satisfying. I also added spicy hollandaise sauce and it took the flavours up a notch. You could also get grilled tomatoes, which I loved. Not to forget, I love how they warm up and froth up the oat milk if you ask for oat milk with your coffee. Very nice Thank you again for such a wonderful experience I’ll be a regular for sure.
